Here is piece of poetry and this is romantic Urdu poetry. The poet artistically expresses the beauty of their love.

Suna hai log usay aankh bhar kay daikhtay hain,
So us kay sheher main kuch din theher kay daikhtay hain,

Suna hai rabt hai usko kharab haaloun say,
so apnay aap ko barbaad kar kay daikhtay hain,

Suna hai dard ki gahak hai chashm-e-naaz uski,
so ham bhi us ki gali say guzar kay daikhtay hain,

suna hai us ko bhi hai sher o shayari say shaghaf,
so ham bhi mojzay apnay hunar kar dekhtay hain,

suna hai bolay to batoun say phool jhartay hain,
yeh bat hai t chalo bat kar kay daikhtay hain,

Suna hai rat usay chand takta rehta hai,
sitaray baam e falat se utar kay daikhtay hain,

suna hai din ko usay titliyan stati hain,
suna hai rat ko jugno theher kay daikhtay hain,

suna hai hashr hain us ki ghazaal si ankhain,
suna hai us ko hiran dhasht bhar kay daikhtay hain,

suna hai us ki syah chashmagi qayamat hai,
so usko surmah faroosh aah bhar kay dekhtay hain,

Suna hai us kay laboun say ghulab jaltay hain,
so ham bahar pay ilzam dhar kay daikhtay hain,

suna hai aaina tamsaal hai jabeen us ki,
jo saada dil hain usay ban sanwar kay daikhtay hain,

suna hai us k badan ki tareash aisi hai,
k phool apni kabayen katar kay daikhtay hain,

bas ik nigaah main lut’ta hai qaafila dil ka,
so rah rawan e tamanna bhi dar k daikhtay hain,

suna hai us kay shabistaan say mutasssil hai bakhisht,
makeen udhar kay bhi jalway idhar kay dekhtay hain,

kisay naseeb kay be pairhan usay daikhay,
kabhi kabhi dar-o-deewar ghar kay dekhty hain,

rukay to ghardishain uska taqaaf karti hain,
chalay to usko zamanay theher k daikhtay hain,

kahaniyan hi sahi, sab mubalghay hi sahi,
agar yeh khwab hai tabeer hai tabeer kar kay daikhtay hain

ab us kay sheher main thehrain kay kooch kar jayen,
Faraz aao sitaray safar kay daikhtay hain,

Sad Poetry | Even the rain Ghazal

Sad Poetry | Even the rain

Sad Poetry is by Agha Shahid Ali who was born in India in 1949.

Sad poem Ghazal

What will suffice for a true-love knot? Even the rain?
But he has bought grief’s lottery, bought even the rain.

“our glosses / wanting in this world” “Can you remember?”
Anyone! “when we thought / the poets taught” even the rain?

After we died–That was it!–God left us in the dark.
And as we forgot the dark, we forgot even the rain.

Drought was over. Where was I? Drinks were on the house.
For mixers, my love, you’d poured–what?–even the rain.

Of this pear-shaped orange’s perfumed twist, I will say:
Extract Vermouth from the bergamot, even the rain.

How did the Enemy love you–with earth? air? and fire?
He held just one thing back till he got even: the rain.

This is God’s site for a new house of executions?
You swear by the Bible, Despot, even the rain?

After the bones–those flowers–this was found in the urn:
The lost river, ashes from the ghat, even the rain.

What was I to prophesy if not the end of the world?
A salt pillar for the lonely lot, even the rain.

How the air raged, desperate, streaming the earth with flames–
to help burn down my house, Fire sought even the rain.

He would raze the mountains, he would level the waves,
he would, to smooth his epic plot, even the rain.

New York belongs at daybreak to only me, just me–
to make this claim Memory’s brought even the rain.

They’ve found the knife that killed you, but whose prints are these?
No one has such small hands, Shahid, not even the rain.

Romantic Urdu Ghazals

Romantic Urdu Ghazals:

A Ghazal can be described as a poetic type containing rhyming lines along with an abstain, that includes every couplet expressing that identical meter. Any Ghazal could possibly be perceived being a lyrical concept with both of them a painfulness of great loss or perhaps broken relationships in addition to the elegance about love regardless of that trouble. This form of Urdu Poetry is longstanding, beginning within sixth century Arabic passage. It’s extracted out of an Arabian panegyric qasida. The particular structural standards for the ghazal are usually comparable in stringency to most with a Petrarchan sonnet. Within it’s pattern as well as content material it is just a type that has already proven able of the remarkable range with reflection close to it’s main ideas of love and also separating. Its just one from the primary types that the actual Perso-Arabic civilizations provided to the eastern side Islamic culture.

A Ghazal passed on in to South Asia from the twelfth century within the control of the modern Islamic Sultanate legal courts as well as Sufi mystics. Even though a ghazal is actually generally conspicuously the type of Dari poetry and Urdu poetry, these days it really is observed with the poetry among numerous languages of sub-continent.

Abhi is taraf na nigaah kar, main Ghazal ki palkain sanwaar loon,
Mera lafz lafz ho aayena, tujhay aayenay main utaar loon,

Main tamam din ka thaka hua, tu tamam shab ka jaga hua,
Zara theher ja isi morr per, teray sath sham guzaar loon,

Agar aasmaan ki numayeshoon main mujhay bhi Izn e qayaam ho,
To main motiyoon ki dokaan say teri baliyan teray haar loon,

Kahin or baant day shuhratain, kahin or bakhsh day izzatain,
Meray paas ha mera aayena main kabhi na ghard o ghubaar loon,

Kai ajnabi teri chah main meray paas say yoon guzar gaey,
Jinhain daikh kar ye tarap hui, tera nam lay k pukaar loon,

Lovely romantic ghazal by Bashir Badar

Another Romantic Urdu Ghazal

This Romantic Ghazal is suggested by a friend. Very deep couplets of the Ghazal makes it unique.

Koi Ghazal suna kar kya karna,
yoon bat barha kar kya karna,

tum meray thy tum meray ho,
dunya ko bata kar kya karna,

Tum Ehed nibhao chahat sey,
koi rasm nibha kar kya karna,

tum khafa bhi achay lagty ho,
phir tum ko Mana kar kya karna,

teray dar pe aa kar baithy hain,
ab ghar b jaa kar kya karna,

Din yad sey acha guzray ga,
phir tum ko bhula kar kya karna…

Koi ghazal suna kar kya karna
